A message dated February 8, 1994, was read stating the Governor has            
signed the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and          
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28                                                 
Supporting increased access near Mt. McKinley through
